Shift Opportunities:
- First Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Second Shift: Sunday – Thursday, Midnight – 8:00 AM
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Temporary Production Workers to support our manufacturing operations across multiple departments, including Cabling, Extrusion, Armor, and Wire Mill. The primary role involves assisting machine operators with setup, tool and supply management, and overseeing machine operations during production runs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting machine operators with setup procedures and tool management
- Monitoring and overseeing machinery during operation to ensure smooth production
- Supporting specific areas such as Cabling and Extrusion, with training provided
- Maintaining attention to detail, especially in the Extrusion area, which requires fine motor skills to prevent material waste and ensure product quality
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in industrial manufacturing preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided on-site
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various production processes
Requirements:
- Must wear appropriate PPE at all times on the production floor, including safety glasses, ear protection, safety-toe, and metatarsal shoes
- Exposure to machinery and mechanical parts—machines are non-CNC and require manual oversight
Compensation:
- Starting pay rate of $18 per hour, reflective of entry-level status and comprehensive on-site training
